Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vardan Wear. We want you to have a smooth and confident shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The product must not have any stains, odour, alterations, or signs of use.
The product must be returned in suitable condition for resale.
The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase or the original order details must be provided.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for exchange.

2. Exchange Timeframe

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To request an exchange, contact us at hello@vardanwear.in with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

3. Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges for eligible products, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, Vardan Wear may offer an alternative size or another suitable resolution, subject to availability.

Only one size exchange per order may be permitted.

4. Refund Policy

Vardan Wear does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or cases where the correct product has been delivered and the product is not defective or damaged.

Eligible products may be exchanged in accordance with this policy.

If a refund is required due to a verified issue where replacement or exchange is not reasonably possible, Vardan Wear may provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@vardanwear.in.

Please provide:

Order number
Clear photographs/videos of the product
Photographs of the packaging, if applicable
A brief description of the issue

After verification, Vardan Wear may arrange a replacement or exchange.

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or an incorrect product sent by Vardan Wear, the applicable return shipping cost will be covered by Vardan Wear.

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products

Products will not be eligible for return or exchange if:

They have been worn or washed.
They have been altered or modified.
They have stains, odour, or other signs of use.
Original tags or packaging are missing.
They are damaged due to improper use or care.
The exchange request is made after 7 days of delivery.
The product does not meet our quality inspection requirements.

7. Return Shipping Costs

For the first eligible size exchange per order, Vardan Wear will provide free return shipping.

For products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by Vardan Wear, Vardan Wear will cover the applicable return shipping cost, subject to verification.

Additional exchanges for the same order, where permitted, may be subject to applicable shipping charges.

8. Exchange Process

Once an exchange request is approved:

We will provide the return instructions.
The product must be shipped back according to the provided instructions.
The returned product will be inspected after receipt.
Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched, subject to availability.

Exchange processing time may vary depending on the location, courier service, and product availability.

9. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Since refunds are generally not applicable, cancelled eligible orders may be handled through an alternative resolution at the discretion of Vardan Wear, subject to applicable law.

11. Policy Changes

Vardan Wear reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
